Is an eclectic martial art that combines the essence of
KA rate, JU do/Jujitsu, KEN po, and Chinese BO xing. 

The five founders of Kajukenbo brought their individual styles
together and developed this exceptionally effective

Kajukenbo is a highly effective matial arts system that teaches not only physical skills, advanced through time and hard practice, but also mental concentration, perseverance, patience, honesty belief, dedication self-control and courage.

Kajukenbo first earned its reputation on the streets, then further demonstrated it's effectiveness in the competion arena.

"Strong in SPIRIT, Clean in MIND and Healthy in BODY" is what makes Kajukenbo truly unique and efficient.

Kajukenbo self-defense techniques are acclaimed for their rapid yet fluid sequence of hand and foot strikes as well as joint holds and locks.  The combinations have been arranged so that each technique sets up the next by following the opponent's reaction to the previous technique.
